These rules apply to all our customers, wherever they live and whether they are a private person or a business.

30-day money-back guarantee

If you are not happy with your hosting, cancel within 30 days of your first order and we refund the hosting fee in full. You do not need to give a reason.

Right of withdrawal

Consumers in the EU have a 14-day right of withdrawal by law. Our 30-day guarantee includes it and is longer, so you always get the hosting fee back in full within the 30 days. Because hosting starts immediately at your request, you agree when ordering that the service begins straight away; this does not affect your refund.

What is not refundable

Domain registrations and renewals, because we pay the registry straight away, and renewals of an existing plan after the first 30 days.

How to ask for a refund

Email info@host4dk.com from the address on your account with your order number. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 14 days.
