Point your domain
Set the A record for yourdomain.dk and www to the server IP in your welcome email. DNS changes can take a few hours.
Log in to WordPress
Go to yourdomain.dk/wp-admin with the username and password from your welcome email, then change the password.
Edit with Elementor
Open any page and click Edit with Elementor. Changes are live when you click Publish.
Invoices and renewals
Find invoices, change your card and see renewal dates under My account.
SSL certificate
SSL is issued automatically once your domain points to us. Contact us if it has not appeared after a day.
Cancel or change plan
Contact us to upgrade, downgrade or cancel. Upgrades take effect straight away.

Right after your payment is confirmed we create your hosting account and install WordPress with Elementor automatically. You get an email with your login details, usually within a few minutes.
Yes. Enter your domain at checkout, then point its A record to the server address in your welcome email. We will help you if you are not sure how.
Yes. Business and Growth include migration assistance, and you can request a free migration on any plan. We move files, databases and email.
Visa, Dankort, Mastercard, Apple Pay and Google Pay through Stripe, plus PayPal. Before your plan runs out we email you a reminder with a payment link. Nothing is charged automatically unless you turn on automatic renewal under My account › Billing.
Yes. Prices are in US dollars and include Danish moms (VAT) where it applies. Businesses outside Denmark with a valid EU VAT number can contact us about reverse charge.
Yes, you can cancel any time from My account. Shared hosting comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee; domains are not refundable.
